Description

Since starting production of their own motorcycles in the mid 1950’s Honda have grown to be one of the largest two-wheel manufacturers in the world. Soichiro Honda always had a passion for motorsport so it was inevitable that before long they would race bikes in Grand Prix and the iconic Isle of Man TT with Mike Hailwood securing their first senior TT win in 1966. The formation of Honda Racing Corporation (HRC) in 1982 saw them debut their first two-stroke race bike the NS500 which went on to win the Grand Prix world championship in 1984 and since then Honda has been a dominant force in Grand Prix racing winning numerous championships and heads the number of wins at the TT.  From the mid 1990’s Scorpion have been producing performance exhausts for a huge range of Honda Motorcycles whilst passing on our knowledge and experience gained from working with the Ron Haslam Race School and numerous race teams over the years.

2018 saw the re-introduction of Honda consumers favourite minibike the Monkey. Featuring a 125cc engine and 4-speed gearbox the Monkey is perfect for those urban sprawl riders. The small light-weight bike is perfect for those who are looking for a small but precise riding experience without compromising on the all-important fun factor.

There is in our opinion only one option for the Honda and that is the retro inspired Scorpion Redpower full system. Our retro can is available in two finishes, Brushed Stainless Steel and Black Ceramic, fits hand in hand with the retro styling of Honda’s bike.

With matching aesthetics backed up by quality construction it’s the perfect mechanical marriage. The dyno developed system also performs harmoniously with the bikes standard settings and avoids the headache of remapping, just fit and ride. Once installed, this product sharpens throttle response, increases bhp and gives the motorcycle a generous dose of weight reduction these factors will be a noticeable improvement to the rider as soon as they hit the road.
