1. GENERAL INFORMATION
All orders and delivery timescales are subject to product availability.
2. WHAT COURIERS DO WE USE?
The two main couriers we use are UK Mail & DPD who both offer a tracked delivery service as standard. These couriers are fully integrated with our internal IT systems which means you will receive an email/text with your tracking details as soon as your parcel is despatched. We may use other couriers/postage companies for smaller items. We also allow you to use your own shipping account, collect from our Derbyshire based factory or arrange your own courier. Please note: The delivery postcode and contents of the order will determine which delivery methods are available at checkout. A signature is required for all deliveries from Scorpion.
3. DESPATCH TIMESCALE
Providing goods are in stock, and we have received payment in full, we endeavour to despatch orders on the same day providing the order is place before the specified cut-off time (2 PM Monday – Thursday (10:30 AM Friday)).
4. DELIVERY TIMESCALE
A delivery time will be indicated to you upon checking out. We offer multiple delivery methods. Delivery times are estimates and commence from the date of despatch, not the order date.
Please note that once a parcel is despatched from our factory it is beyond our control, as we rely on third party couriers to delivery your items on time. Due to this, we cannot guarantee delivery times regardless of which delivery method is used.
5. SHIPPING COSTS
Shipping costs are determined from the contents of your basket and the delivery destination. To find out the carriage charge for your potential order, simply add all of the items to your basket and then proceed to the basket page. Once on this page, there is the option to estimate delivery charges. Please enter the destination country, region and post/zip code. You will then be provided with all of the available delivery methods. If there are no options available other than customer collection, please contact our despatch team (refer to 7. Further Information)
6. DAMAGED ITEMS & RETURNS
If a parcel arrives damaged from the courier please sign for the item as being ‘damaged’, and then open the parcel to inspect for any damage to the item. Please contact us for further instructions. All returns must be sent back to Scorpion Exhausts Ltd, Unit 3 High Holborn Road, Codnorgate Business Park, Ripley, Derbyshire, DE5 3NW unless otherwise stated.
