With a heritage spanning over 120 years Triumph have been responsible for some of the world’s most iconic models from “the world’s first superbike” the Thunderbird in the 1940’s, the world land speed record breaking 650 Bonneville of the 50’s and the first ever 100 MPH lap on a production motorcycle again the Bonneville at the IOM TT in 1969. Through to the modern era where Triumph have grown to be the UK’s largest motorcycle manufacturer with models including the Daytona, Speed & Street Triples plus the Trident. Scorpion has a long history of producing performance exhausts for a vast array of Triumphs over the years so much so that we were the official exhaust supplier for the Triumph Triple Challenge race series again ensuring true track to road technology transfer.

Our leading technicians have developed through rigorous trial and testing a full system for the Triumph Tiger Sport 660. Using dynamometer development combined with track to road technology Scorpion exhausts are cutting-edge performance products. Our branding is a hallmark for precision engineered exhausts, fabricated using premium high thermal tolerance T304 aerospace grade stainless steel tube that will endure through the harshest of conditions. We shape our pipework using CNC Mandrel bent large bore design which permits maximum performance by allowing a greater flow of exhaust gas. 

Installation of this Scorpion system requires no changes to the bikes standard settings nor a remap. The OE system doesn’t require cutting for installation and as a result allows for straightforward installation when using our official Scorpion fitting guides. Riders will be able to indulge in a more tantalising tone with a much deeper sportier acoustic range that will epitomize the enduring quality of this product throughout its lifetime of service.

Scorpion exhausts provide a sharper throttle response and an increase in bhp. These improvements can be chalked down to our manufacturing process, high-flow silencer and healthy dose of weight reduction. Our signature silencers are instantly recognisable due to popularity with motorcyclists worldwide, maintaining the unchanging standard of unrivalled Scorpion build-quality. The silencer is not only one the most technically intricate components of the exhaust system but one of the most visually eye-catching. For this reason, we offer a selection of silencer styles and finishes depending on motorcycle model and manufacturer. The Tiger Sport 660 can be fitted with the Serket style silencer finished in either carbon-fibre, stainless steel or titanium.
