FK8 Honda Civic Type R Exhaust Released

FK8 Honda Civic Type R Exhaust Released

The wait is over, a new range of FK8 Honda civic Type R Exhaust systems have been released.

Honda Civic Type R

After a precise development program a new range of hi-flowing exhaust systems have been released, are in stock and available to order.

Let’s start on the system specifications, all the options are constructed from grade 304 stainless steel and have been dyno and road tested to ensure performance and driveability is improved. Technicians developed a cat-back system which is built up of 8 main parts.

Various options are available to suit different driving styles. You can select the cat-back as a resonated system which utilises two front silencers or as a part-resonated system which deletes the larger silencer but retains the acoustic front chamber to eliminate drone at cruising speeds – perfect!

The rear silencers have been technically developed with sound and performance in mind, the hi-flow internal setup maximises performance potential and provides a deeper, sportier tone which suits the 2.0 turbo v tec engine perfectly.

Customisation doesn’t stop there, at the rear of the powerhouse you have two tailpipe options. You’ll be able to select our Daytona or Indy style trims both of which have a smaller centre tailpipe with Red Power outlet port as seen on our world leading motorcycle exhaust range. Not only did the Red Power technicians developed a cat-back system which fits right hand drive models, they also developed a front flex back system for left hand drive models to suit overseas markets!
