Scorpion commissioned to manufacture Limited Edition Vespa system for V.E.UK

VE UK managing director Norrie Kerr came to Scorpion to produce 40 limited edition Vespa systems based on his own designed race system, used in 1982 on his Vespa 90ss.

The new scorpion built “NFK” exhaust is manufactured from 1.5mm material and is rubber mounted to alleviate vibration problems; the updated muffler design is quieter and more efficient than its predecessor and is also re-packable.

Taking into account limited fitting space the tight “Lobster Back” configuration will accommodate both 350 x 10 and 300 x 10 tyre options. Originally designed for race use the new system has been designed to allow use on Vespa 100cc to 150cc engines, providing good all round low down power (torque) and a good rev range".
