In response to market demands Scorpions factory technicians have developed an exciting new option of aftermarket silencer for Suzuki’s latest addition to their GSXR range. The stunning new GSXR 1000 K5 can now be further enhanced by the addition of Scorpions Revolutionary GP Style Road Legal silencer.
Available in Stainless Steel, Carbon, Titanium, and Flame Titanium finishes, the silencer incorporates Scorpions revolutionary “quick change” removable baffle system which when fitted is fully compliant to all current European Standards.
For track use the baffle can be removed to transform the silencer into a full race specification unit giving improved performance of up to 5.5 bhp.
Extensive Dyno and Track testing enables the specifically designed silencer to dramatically enhance power and throttle response throughout the full rev range.
Removal of the EXUP valve is necessary when fitting the product, Scorpion include a specifically designed replacement wheel to fit to the servo motor (along with fully comprehensive step by step fitting instructions) to enable the engine management system to continue to work within its normal parameters.
Re-packing of the silencer will never be required and a full lifetime guarantee is supplied with the product.
It’s new look segmented “Factory” style stainless steel pipework, highly polished mirror finish stub end, carbon fibre silencer band and Scorpions usual exemplary high build quality make this new silencer a must for all Suzuki 1000 K5 owners.
